Booking Policy:

1.

Booking requires minimum of three nights stay.

2.

Full payment is required at time of Booking.

3.

The rate per cabana is set based on double occupancy. Additional person over 6 years old would pay extra $15.00 USD per night. Children below 6 stay free. Please note that not all cabanas can accommodate extra persons for some have one queen bed only. Please contact us before booking more than two adults.

4.

For group booking please contact us so we can assist in allocation of guests into cabanas in cost effective way.

5.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

6.

Upon arrival a MasterCard or Visa credit card is needed as a deposit against incidental charges insuring during the stay. No American Express cards nor personal checks will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

1 .

Deposits within 90 days of cancellation will be charged an administrative fee of US $100.00 + 12.5 % tax per unit.

2 .

50% refundable with cancellation between 60-90 days and non-refundable with less than 60 days cancellation notice.

3.

Credit Cards are charged in Belize currency and subject to a 3% currency conversion fee.

4.

Unused portion of the hotel or any part of the package plans and trips not taken by customer’s choice are not refundable non-transferable. Trips cancelled or shortened as a result of weather and/or natural disasters including hurricanes or due to airlines delays, missed flights or any other are not refundable and not transferable.
